Do You Charge Sales Tax?

We're located in Canada, so we're required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to customers in Canada based on their local applicable taxes.

Will I Be Able To Track My Order?

 Euro Works Ontario makes it easy to track your order. Once your order has been shipped Euro Works Ontario will email you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

Sometimes, in order for you to receive your full order in the fastest time frame, we will ship your order from multiple locations. In this instance, we will email you your initial tracking number when the first box is shipped and then shortly after we will email your other tracking numbers for the remainder of the order.

You can also look under your order history in the "My Account" section and look for your order status. If your order has shipped there should be a tracking number listed as well.

All of the carriers we use provide tracking numbers that can be entered into www.packagetrackr.com to see the status of your package. You can also enter the tracking number into Google or any search engine to take you directly to the carrier's site as well for up to date information.
